but here are some examples of how a database can be created
to add functionality to your web site.
Office
Needs Ltd Rotating randomly picked images, all stock
pages created in real time from database for ease of
stock change and reply forms created using stock descriptions
so customer and client are passed the correct information.
Prestige
Sports Cars A luxury sports car company based in the South
of France.
The site has a back end CMS system so that client can
upload new stock. Images to left and right of main page
are randomly chosen from database so gives the impression
the site is always changing.
CV
Check A static brochure site with a complex client
area. Clients can log in via a secure password and keep
a check on how each of their cases are progressing.
Full access is given to CV Check so that they can keep
their clients up to date via the web.
Renewable
Energy Foundation This site utilises a back end CMS system so the
client can update news stories, complete with pdf downloads
and 3 other information areas. Old news is automatically
archived and new stories are automatically date stamped
for ease.
